We do not retain information from the webmail template used to forward information to your friends. Your information may be used to help us evaluate the success of this pilot communications approach. It will not be used for fundraising or other marketing purposes. Information gathered will not be shared with any third parties who are not directly involved in the “Friends of Hospice” program, and it will be destroyed once the information campaign and evaluation are complete. We will take reasonable steps to protect the security of information collected; however, information you submit is not transmitted in an encrypted means. Please do not include health, health care related or other confidential or sensitive information in any message you send via e-mail or links included in this site.
